Isopractic gripping paste.

Category:

Bonding paste is a powdered, gypsum-based material that is prepared by mixing with water in the proportions indicated below and is used as a paste to fix plasterboard on adherent masonry walls. It can also be used as a surface coating. It is not suitable for the treatment of plasterboard joints.

Recommended method of use:

The base wall must have adequate adhesion and be dry, free of dust, dirt and any contaminants.

Use a clean bucket and tools for mixing and pour clean water in the proportion indicated above.

Stir vigorously by hand or with a mechanical mixer until a homogeneous paste is obtained. It is applied with a spatula or trowel on the slabs or on the base wall, indiscriminately, in the form of pelladas 10-12 cm wide, spaced 35-40 cm apart. The time of use is about 60 min; once taken, the dough should not be used. Tools should be cleaned immediately after use. It is necessary to wait for the final setting time of about 24 hours before finishing the tile, since total adhesion is achieved at the end of the setting time. Do not add water once the product has taken, as this may change the final strength of the dough. It should not be applied with an ambient temperature above 35ºC or below 5ºC.

Applications:

Suitable for gluing laminated plasterboard (PYL) and fiber plasterboard (PYF) on absorbent masonry walls.

Benefits:

High adhesion. It is easy and enjoyable to work with him. Fast, homogeneous and lump-free mixing. Good performance. Good consistency.
